Website and hosting

This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. You can find further information in the Hetzner privacy policy.

The website can be used without registration or a user account. When you visit it, Hetzner processes technically necessary connection data, in particular your IP address, time of access, requested page, browser, operating system, referrer and HTTP status. This data is used to operate the website securely and reliably and is not combined with other data sources.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure, stable and technically correct provision of this website. Data is transmitted using TLS encryption.

We have concluded a data processing agreement with Hetzner in accordance with Article 28 GDPR. Hetzner processes the personal data of website visitors only on our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.

Analytics with Umami

We use the open-source software Umami for anonymous audience measurement. Umami is self-hosted by Pixzl at analytics.pixzl.de within the European Union. It does not set cookies, store information on your device or transfer data to third parties or countries outside the European Union.

We collect aggregated usage data such as page views, visit duration, referrer, approximate country-level location, browser and operating system, as well as basic interactions with outbound links. The IP address is processed briefly on the server to identify a visit and is not stored permanently. There is no cross-device recognition.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. You can object to this processing at any time — using the toggle below or by enabling “Do Not Track” in your browser. Both settings are respected and prevent Umami from loading.

Contact

If you contact us by email, we process your message and the contact details it contains solely to respond to your inquiry and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual matters and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

The data is deleted as soon as the purpose of processing no longer applies and no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.

Deploir app

The current App Store versions of Deploir do not perform a licence check and contain no telemetry, usage analytics or third-party crash reporting. API tokens are stored in the device-bound Apple Keychain and are neither synced through iCloud nor included in device backups.

Server names, server URLs, colour assignments, favourites and selected settings can be synced between your devices through Apple's iCloud Key-Value Store. A server synced to another device must be authenticated there with its own token. iCloud syncing is governed by the privacy terms and settings of your Apple account.

Connections are made only to the Coolify instances that you add to the app. Communication takes place directly between your device and your server. Pixzl does not operate a relay service and receives neither credentials nor the contents of your deployments.

Download through the Apple App Store

Downloads, installation and updates are handled independently by Apple. Apple may process your Apple ID, device information and download history, among other data. The provider is Apple Distribution International Ltd., Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland.

Your rights

Subject to the statutory requirements, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You may object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation.
